Rental Conditions :

The price includes the following:

• The rental period begins from Saturday afternoon after 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday morning.
•  Regular pool maintenance.
• Normal use of water and electricity.
• Telephone for local calls, high speed internet service and satellite TV.
•  Household linens: sheets, table cloths and towels are provided.

A damage deposit of 1,000 Euro is required upon arrival. It will be returned within 15 days of the end of the rental period, provided no damages are incurred.

According to local laws, proof of personal property insurance is required.

Payment is requested in two stages:

•  1/3 at the time of the signature of the contract
•  and the balance, one month before the rental period begins

In case of cancellation, it is agreed that:

• If the cancellation is requested by the lessor, the tenant will be entitle to a full refund within seven days of the withdrawal request.
• If the cancellation is requested by the tenant:

• More than two months before the lease takes effect: the deposit will be refunded by the lessor to the tenant
• Between one and two months before the lease takes effect: the deposit will be lost
• Less than a month before the lease takes effect: The full sum is due to the lessor. The tenant must pay the difference between the deposit and the total rent to the lessor before the date stipulated on the contract
